Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 business days of receipt.
Most lamps are made to order. You will receive an email with an accurate shipping timeline when your order ships.

The shipping timeline specified at checkout is effective from when your order ships.
The shipping rate for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free shipping for orders over $120.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days.

International Shipping

We offer free shipping to the United States for orders over $100.

  • Standard International Shipping: 3-10 business days.

Please note that shipping times can vary depending on your location and the delivery company.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number that can be used to track your package.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you do not receive your package after 13 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at info@cavepiece.com, providing your name, email, order number, and tracking number, and we will look into it for you.
