Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 10 days of receipt.
Most lamps are made to order. You will receive an email with an accurate shipping timeline when your order ships.

The shipping timeline specified at checkout is effective from when your order ships.
The shipping rate for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free shipping for orders over $100.

• Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days.

International Shipping

We offer free shipping to the United States for orders over $100.

• Standard International Shipping: 3-10 business days.

Please note that shipping times can vary depending on your location and the delivery company.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number that can be used to track your package.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you do not receive your package after 13 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at info@cavepiece.com, providing your name, email, order number, and tracking number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We are happy to accept or exchange products up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
A refund of the item(s) amount will be issued to the original payment method.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@cavepiece.com with your order number and a photo of the item for a replacement if needed.
Please note that we address this on a case-by-case basis and strive to work towards a satisfactory solution for our customers.
